Brumbaugh-Kendle-Grove is a farmstead on airport property, which has been owned by the Board of County Commissioners since 1999. A memorandum of understanding between FFA and MHT is being negotiated. The Washington County Historical Trust nominated the property for the most endangered and it has been selected as the first of the ten most endangered.
